Shipping policy

We strive to ship orders within 7-10 business days of the date the order was placed. During holiday and peak times this may be extended; however, we will strive to achieve a timely shipment. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. You will receive an email shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. 

Shipping prices are based on weight. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages and have ZERO control once items leave our possession. 

At times, we will offer PRE-ORDERED items which are not yet in stock.  Please pay close attention to the listing for details.  Pre-ordered items can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive.  If your order includes a pre-ordered items, please note, all items will ship together.  To avoid this delay, you may consider placing a separate order for all your pre-ordered items.  Pre-ordered items can not be refunded unless damaged during shipping.   Due to the import nature, delays in shipping and delays in import may occur.  This is not an acceptable reason for a refund.  Your purchase of pre-ordered, imported items, constitutes your agreement to any delays.
